"Section 49P Act"

•  Section 49P is Rights of Voting 
•  

1.  A person is go to put his vote in booth, but that person vote is already enrolled in another person.                                          
2.  So he want get Justice of this incidence, and aslo he file the Case in court.
3.  Finally judgement is given to a person, under the Voting of Section 49P.
4.  He have a rights to vote of his already enrolled vote is rejected.  
5.  That Rights is We called Section 49P                                                                                                                                                  Example:  

1.  Gokul is a votable person, Rahul is a another person
2. Rahul is put Gokul's vote in Illegally, so
3. Gokul want a justice to file a case in court, For his vote Rights.
4. Finally Gokul gets a Rights to put a Vote under Section 49P
5. So, Section 49P  is Rights to vote
